Required Qualifications:

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in healthcare field or Business Administration required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Progressive leadership experience with demonstration of strong financial, business and risk management. Proven record of independent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proven record of strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and negotiate with all levels within a complex organization. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning. Demonstrated skill in dispute resolution and mediation. A combination of knowledge, technical, skills and social process skills may be considered.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Business Administration or health-related field preferred. Demonstrated ability and proven track record in contract management preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of the continuing care system and strong understanding of the continuum of services provided to diverse client populations preferred.
