Required Qualifications:

Specialized training taken in the field of Implementation Science; Demonstrated experience incorporating Implementation Science thinking into system level projects; A PhD in a health related field (e.g., Community Health, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Health Administration, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, etc.) with a strong mixed method expertise; Experience with the principles of knowledge translation and implementation science, and building and maintaining partnerships with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals; Requires 5-7 years experience independently leading large research projects, including proposal preparations, project coordination, and ability in writing and editing scientific manuscripts.

Requires 5-7 years’ experience independently leading large projects, including proposal/plan preparations, project coordination, and ability in writing and editing scientific manuscripts; Strong leadership and management skills to leads projects and people; Ability to work collaboratively in an environment characterized by ambiguity, shifting timelines and priorities, and multiple projects underway simultaneously; Demonstrated excellent skills in oral and written communication; Demonstrated excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to meet project deadlines; Skilled in facilitation, collaboration, negotiation and problem-solving.
