Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree. 1 - 3 years of rotation building experience. Previous experience working in a complex unionized health organization. Knowledge of and experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and written, verbal communication skills. Facilitation skills with experience in undertaking liaison and consultations with multiple and diverse stakeholders and interest groups. Ability to develop and facilitate presentations to clearly convey information or transfer knowledge. Applicant must be self-directed; commit to ongoing professional development; produce a high degree of accuracy and precision for all deliverables; and demonstrate comfort with evolving roles and responsibilities. Expertise in project management and software. Demonstrated experience in change management facilitation. Experience working on projects or initiatives utilizing Change Management skills. Ability to coach and lead diverse teams. Strong analytical skills with process improvement experience. Effective in working in a collaborative team environment but also has ability to work independently and with minimal direction.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with advanced technical writing experience preferred. Skills must include the ability to validate and ensure quality assurance of all documentation and deliverables prior to submission.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 - 3 years of staff scheduling experience and ESP (Environment for Scheduling Personnel) software. Ability to communicate findings from analysis in a way that resonates with the end user.
