Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge translation, applied research, evaluation, performance measures and analytics preferably related to allied health/rehabilitation in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. A minimum of 3 years experience years in an applied research setting with some supervisory experience. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research design and analysis, program evaluation and program development research. Experience in program evaluation and/or performance measurement in healthcare. Experience in reporting and contract/ project management. Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation and allied health.

Preferred Qualifications:

PhD would be an asset. Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation topics in one or more of the following substantive areas: health services, economics, sociology, psychology, biology, social work, family studies or child and adolescent development. Demonstrated knowledge of health and/or allied health program design principles and processes. Experience in performance planning and development of policies and procedures.
