Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in evaluation or a research-based degree in a health-related field (e.g., clinical epidemiology, public health, sociology or psychology). Experience applying mixed methods and conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis. Experience sourcing validated assessment tools, conducting interviews and focus groups, designing surveys, and conducting analysis of secondary data sources. Advanced written and communication skills, presentations, organization and diplomacy skills. Strong computer skills and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in SPSS, STATA, NVivo. Self-directed with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, with an ability to handle multiple assignments. Knowledge of cancer prevention and modifiable risk factors. Knowledge of health promotion and disease prevention, public health theories, and best practice evidence related to cancer prevention. Training and or experience in quality improvement.
