Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in the social or behavioural sciences, social work or health related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a research setting. Minimum 1 year experience in program evaluation and/or performance measurement in an Addiction and Mental Health setting. Proficiency and/or superior skills in MS Office Suite, statistical software, qualitative analysis software packages. Experience in grant preparation, report writing and oral presentations, coordination and implementation of projects, and ability to manage multiple activities and ever changing priorities. Critical thinking skills in the collection and analysis of data.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of a broad range of health research/evaluation methodologies, program development tools, data collection procedures, and development and management of databases or information systems.
