Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary diploma or degree in a health or science related field or Certification as a Clinical Research Associate through the Society of Clinical Research Associates.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to manage competing demands and deadlines (e.g. concurrently working on multiple projects and being accountable to multiple Evaluation Analysts). Ability to work effectively independently and within a team. Basic skills in SPSS and intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the desire to advance existing skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in implementing evaluation/quality improvement/research plans, including establishing and maintaining data collection procedures. Experience in training other staff in data collection procedures. Knowledge of Calgary Zone Addiction and Mental Health Services. Knowledge of REDCap. Knowledge of Tableau.
