Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary diploma or degree in a health or science related field or Certification as a Clinical Research Associate through the Society of Clinical Research Associates.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Education: Degree in a field related to Addiction/Mental Health or Health Services (Health Sciences, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology). Strong working knowledge of addiction and mental health service delivery and relevant systems. Proficiency with MS Office, MS Access Databases, Excel spreadsheets, Adobe, RightFax and statistical analysis software. Demonstrated abilities to plan and establish priorities, make logical decisions, problem-solve and respond to the changing needs in a team environment with minimal supervision required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively and efficiently as a member of a large multi-disciplinary health care team. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and ability to effectively liaise with a variety of professional stakeholders. Excellent typing and computer navigation skills. Experience with computer-based information systems. Experience establishing and maintaining data collection procedures. Experience in training clinical operations staff in data collection procedures. Experience in collecting, verifying, analyzing, interpreting and reporting large-scale data sets. Ability to work in a sedentary but fast paced and high volume clinical environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Organizational knowledge of Alberta Health Services. Experience in contact center operations, infrastructure and systems maintenance.
