Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in the social or behavioural sciences, social work or health related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a research setting. Minimum 1 year experience in program evaluation and/or performance measurement in an Addiction and Mental Health setting an asset. Experience in screening, cleaning, linking, creating, modifying, validating, and analyzing large datasets in a statistical or database-management software package. Familiarity with health records classification techniques (e.g., ICD-10; DSM-5) preferred. Knowledge of and ability to produce descriptive, inferential, and predictive statistics. Ability to liaison with multiple stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Implementing performance measures and dashboard style reports is an asset. Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s level education preferred (a minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required) in the social or behavioural sciences, social work or health related field with a research design background and a substantive focus in an area relevant to Addiction and Mental Health.
