Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

College and Association of Registered Psychiatric Nurse of Alberta (CRPNA) if a psychiatric Nurse.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate from a recognized nursing Baccalaureate program or equivalent. Two (2) years' experience within the last five (5) years in Senior's Health. Experience using Meditech, Care Manager and RAI. Demonstrate critical thinking, conflict resolution, problem solving skills and team work while upholding the values, respect, partnership and continuous improvement. Actively integrate Patient and Family Centre Care principles into practice.
