Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years mental health inpatient experience. Strong leadership, team skills, initiative, and motivation. Knowledge of treatment modalities, group and family intervention. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer skills. Motivated to learn and participate in educational programs. Knowledge of Clinibase and SCM programs. Demonstrates initiative, reliability, flexibility and critical thinking. Able to handle change effectively. Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
