Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Psychology in an applied area relevant to the practice setting from an accredited university program. Active or eligible for registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Registered or provisionally registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) – Masters’ Degree in psychology from a recognized university training program required. Specialized knowledge in the area of ASD, and knowledge and experience assessing infants, toddlers and school-aged children is required. Strong abilities both in working as part of a larger disciplinary team, as well as the ability to work and consult independently are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years’ experience and expertise in early intervention and assessment of children who have ASD. Successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in psychometric assessment with children, particularly those presenting with ASD, and have knowledge and experience with the ADOS and ADI instruments. Background and experience in research strongly preferred.
