Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Health Administration or a related field. Equivalency of education and experience may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Leadership & Relationships: Experience with leading teams, demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff, ability to foster relationships and work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and strong oral and written communication skills. Project & Management Skills: Demonstrated project management and change management expertise, experience with developing processes, policies and guidelines, ideally specific to compensation, experience developing briefing notes, & proactive with an ability to manage multiple priorities & competing demands. Problem Solving & Project Management: Excellent consulting, advisory, problem solving and analytical skills, ability to analyze situations & develop plans based on explicit principles, ability to balance principle-based plans with situational realities through appropriate use of flexibility & creativity, and ability to use good judgement and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information. Data and Technical Skills: Solid understanding of data and relational database design (not necessarily the technical skill to create or modify relational databases). Understanding of accounting best practices and audit controls. Ideally, advanced Microsoft Office Skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.


Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree preferred. Desired Compensation Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience with physician compensation systems, ideally a combination of Fee For Service and alternative payment models.
