Required Qualifications:

Educational Requirements: • Current registration with College of Registered Dental Hygienists of Alberta or the College of Dental Assistants of Alberta. • Bachelor degree required. • Master degree preferred. Experience requirements: In addition, the incumbent will possess a record of accomplishment in the following areas: • Minimum 3 years in community/public oral health required. • Program planning and evaluation; developing health promotion strategies; researching evidence and best practices. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Effective communication with ability to engage diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration. • Leadership and group facilitation including decision-making, coaching, teaching and mentoring; strong commitment to operating within a team environment and ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. • Computer skills including expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required; Adobe Suite preferred • Experience with e-learning development an asset. • Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
