Required Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related professional discipline (Nursing preferred), plus appropriate licenses and designations. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in continuing care operations, human services leadership, strategy or policy development, service design and/or implementation. Demonstrated understanding of the complexity of the continuing care system. Demonstrated ability to address complex health issues and manage change in service delivery toward desired outcomes. Demonstrated ability to translate data into information. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
