Required Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in a health-related field. Registration with a health profession association as appropriate. Experience in stakeholder management and partnership development. Experience in organizing, chairing and facilitating meetings external with stakeholders. Strong organizational, planning and time management skills with the ability to multitask, produce and coordinate projects with tight timelines. Proven ability to foresee risk and allow for contingency when planning; monitor and adjust plans, as necessary. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on a cross-sector and/or multi-disciplinary team. Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in: health systems leadership, process improvement, change management or project management preferred.
