Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of project management principles and basic PMO tools and methodologies. 3 to 5 years of project coordinator/management experience. Working knowledge MS Project, MS Office suite and Visio. Working knowledge of AHS. Able to maintain positive relationships as well be self-directed and effective in team environments as required. Basic knowledge of systems principles, as well as theories and concepts of the healthcare business. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of systems principles, as well as theories and concepts of the healthcare business. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines are essential. Proven issues management skills and experience. Actively and positively negotiate solutions in areas of conflict. Experience with clinicians / health professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree plus working towards a project management designation. Experience leading medium sized project teams. Proven accountability in managing large, complex projects. Proven project management skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues lists, manage project plans and escalate issues appropriately). Strong communication and follow-up skills.Experience leading medium sized project teams.
