Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in a health care profession, business or related field. 3-5 years related experience in a healthcare environment. Project Management designation (PMP ®, CAMP®) or equivalent. Minimum two years of project management experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong change management skills and the ability to influence positive change without having operational responsibility. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams. Self-directed, able to work independently with guidance when warranted. Strong verbal and written communication skills to produce reports and communicate with clients from across the organization. Ability to understand clinical issues, and to communicate effectively with a broad variety of people at different levels within the organization and with different skills and expertise. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio) and the ability to become proficient with new software packages. Basic understanding of Process Excellence (LEAN/Six Sigma concepts).

Preferred Qualifications:

Broad understanding of health systems or project management experience in clinical/healthcare environment; Understanding of Pharmacy Services business processes.
