Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree in a health-related field required. 3+ years of practical working experience in clinical trials. Familiarity with online database systems including OnCore CTMS and Connect Care. Proficient and knowledgeable in the use of information technology, and computer programs and systems (e.g. Excel). Able to use effective presentation skills to teach groups of 5-50 adults. Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Project Management experience. Effective professional communicator with strong independent organizational skills and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail a must. Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Good Clinical Practice preferred. Experience in new application administration and software implementation. Demonstrated ability in task ownership and solution oriented work approach. Experience presenting/training in a classroom setting. Excellent analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills.
