A Bachelor degree in Health, Business, Policy or Social Sciences. The incumbent possesses 3 years experience in health care/business fundamentals through education and work experience. The incumbent also possesses a record of accomplishment in the following areas: Knowledge of addiction and mental health and broader health system. Practical experience in planning, program management, project management, change management and quality improvement. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members from other areas of expertise from across the province and beyond Alberta Health Services. Client-focused orientation and commitment to providing quality programs and services.
Additional Required Qualifications:Requires knowledge and competency with: Project development, implementation and evaluation. Report writing and document development. Computer software programs and applications, database experience and demonstrated strong aptitude for technology. Interdisciplinary, interpersonal and team work skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification or experience in: Process Improvement. Change Management. Project Management.
