College or Undergraduate degree preferably in Business Administration, or within the Health Care field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in health care, preferably within AHS or an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.
Additional Required Qualifications:
The incumbent will demonstrate a clear pattern of professional and personal development. In addition, the incumbent must be able to demonstrate examples of the following skills and experiences: Well organized and systematic in both how he/she approaches and executes their daily work. Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to develop presentation and reports. Excellent team player with a focus on maintaining positive relationships both within the team and with other key stakeholders external to the project. Able make decisions quickly and provide alternate solutions in times of problem solving. Able to work both independently, with minimal direction, as well as part of a larger diverse group of team members. Strong client focused orientation and commitment to providing responsive, quality services. Previous experience with typical administrative processes such as timekeeping, expense management, invoicing and scheduling. Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office including word, excel, powerpoint, and adobe acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on a large multi-phase project with changing schedules, priorities and resourcing requirements would be considered an asset.
