Required Qualifications:

Minimum two (2) years Administrative Experience. Advanced calendar management skills. Minimum typing speed 40 wpm. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with multiple interruptions. Ability to maintain a professional attitude while exercising judgment, tact, diplomacy and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive and confidential issues. Demonstrate problem solving and decision-making skills to anticipate, identify, and independently recommend appropriate actions to complex administrative/academic/clinical issues. Ability to recommend and implement changes to procedures or practices performed. Ability to produce high quality of work in accordance with Departmental standards. Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and respond to changing needs in a team environment with minimal supervision. Comfort and ability to interact with senior leaders, patients and physicians.
