Required Qualifications:

Health related undergraduate degree (clinical) plus appropriate licenses and designations. A minimum of 4-6 years in a management role ideally in a health care organization of significant size, complexity and diversity . Experience working in a multidisciplinary and interprofessional team environment.


Additional Required Qualifications:

A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.


Preferred Qualifications:

Specific skills preferred include: effective leadership skills, team player, financial management skills, clinical credibility(specifically nursing), skills related to effective staff and stakeholder engagement and business planning/project management skills. Graduate level degree in Nursing or health field. Knowledge of the Health Professions Act, Scope of Practice and workforce optimization.
