Completion of bachelor's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable college.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in health care environment is required. Demonstrated proficiency, understanding and experience with evaluation methodology, databases and analytical software (e.g., Red CAP, Tableau, MS Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum two years related experience in evaluation, quality improvement, and/or project management in a health care setting is preferred. Knowledge of opioid addiction and treatment. Demonstrated ability to think systematically and critically. Ability to promote the change process through multiple functions and improvement models, LEAN/ Six Sigma methodology or other relevant improvement tools/processes.
