Required Qualifications:

A minimum baccalaureate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area. 10 years of human resources experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR leadership role. Demonstrated project management experience working with complex initiatives. Demonstrated experience in effectively creating and leading a team and multidisciplinary working groups designed to develop or implement an integrated HR strategy. Experience in a unionized environment.

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare or other public sector experience is an asset. CPHR or equivalent designation from another jurisdiction. Experience leading large change initiatives and applying sound change management methodology and practice, preferred. Equivalent combination of education and related experience will be considered.
