Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary degree in Business or Supply Management.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven record of independent problem-solving and decision making abilities. Proven record of strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders in determining program requirements and then to supplier community to achieve best value. Continuous learning is critical to keep pace with the environmental and operational changes . Experience in facilitation/group presentation skills in coordination of project presentation planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be self-lead and self-motivated. Must be able to work independently and with a group.

Preferred Qualifications:

Public procurement experience in leading competitive processes from initiation of request to final execution of contract is an asset in this position.
