Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of three years Oracle experience. Experience in hospital, inventory control, shipping and receiving. Proficient in MS Office applications including Email, Word, Access, and expert level required in Excel. Must be proficient in analysis of data and qualitative and quantitative evaluation of options and impacts. Proven time management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate in English clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff, management, and vendors. Must be thorough and accurate with an excellent attention to detail. Requirement to follow and adhere to established policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others and be dependable.
Preferred Qualifications:Post-secondary diploma in business (Supply Chain Management/Logistics). A higher level degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's) within a relevant discipline. 3 to 5 experience in procurement, tendering, negotiating, and contracting experience. Experience in demand planning and quality control processes including supply disruptions and stock-level analysis are considered assets. Experience in other ERP purchasing modules will be considered an asset i.e. legacy and conversion tasks, etc.
