Required Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor or research based degree in a health related field, business administration, or related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years experience in quality improvement, knowledge management, knowledge translation processes, change management, or provider education. A minimum of 5 years working within a health care organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills required including written, verbal, and presentation. Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills required. Excellent relationship building skills. Flexible and able to work with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters or research based degree in a health related field, business administration, or related field. Current registration with a health professional association. Advanced understanding of quality improvement, process improvement and change management and/or designations in Pro-Sci, Lean, Six Sigma, AIW, or other change management/process improvement methods. Experience working with First Nations communities including partnership facilitation.
