Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in a healthcare profession. Applicants with equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum 5 years’ experience clinical experience and/or broad knowledge regarding care of older patients, including person-centered dementia care required (e.g. knowledge of Supportive Pathways or PIECES education curriculum).


Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellence in interpersonal and written communication skills required. Demonstrated skills in application of quality improvement-knowledge translation processes, provider education and curriculum development.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a health care specialty is preferred. Current registration with a health professional association preferred. Certification in a gerontology practice area and continuing educational approaches preferred. Familiarity with Captivate software would be an asset.
