Required Qualifications:

An undergraduate degree in a clinical health-related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare. Advanced experience or education in skin and wound care management. Current registration with a health professional association. Training in quality improvement and change management, such as Prosci certification.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated skills and experience in project coordination, change management, knowledge translation and quality improvement. Demonstrated leadership skills, especially leading multidisciplinary teams, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, patient focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services; ability to relay or explain complex issues or difficult situations. Experience in problem solving and concerns resolution. Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented, thorough, accurate. Ability to work independently with limited supervision, under pressure with adherence to deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in a health care specialty, leadership, or management. Strong facilitation skills preferred, as well as experience with health provider education and curriculum development. Policy development experience is desirable. Formal training or practical experience in project coordination (PMP certification is an asset). Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; particularly in Excel. Experience in initiating & fostering relationships & partnerships with key stakeholders.
