Completion of 3rd Class Power Engineering Certificate.
Additional Required Qualifications:Post-Secondary education in a related field / Technical Certification in a related field (i.e. Trade Certification or 4th Class Power Engineer Certificate or Equivalent). 5 years Technical experience preferably in Health Care. Good communication and computer skills. Must be familiar with a variety of tools and equipment used in maintenance program. Must have good communication skills to be able to work with other Health Care departments. MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT SKILLS TO PROVIDE DIRECTION TO STAFF AND CONTRACTORS. Must have worked with a Computer Maintenance Program in the past.
Preferred Qualifications:ABSA 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer Certification as per boiler plant requirement – Preference would be towards 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate.
