Completion of master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program or bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program and related experience. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with Physiotherapy Alberta College + Association.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist in a health care setting with demonstrated leadership advancement. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team. Experience in Quality Improvement and Project Leadership. Demonstrated initiative in program planning and innovative service delivery. Demonstrated understanding of change management with an ability to lead change.
