Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program or bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program and related experience. Active or eligible registration and practice permit with Physiotherapy Alberta College + Association.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Active Heart and Stroke Foundation Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Its Your move patient handling. Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) Authorizer. Minimum three (3) years within the last five (5) years in clinical experience in inpatient or outpatient acute care or rehabilitation setting Minimum five (5) years clinical experience in an inpatient or outpatient acute care or rehabilitation area. Minimum two (2) years oncology and/ or palliative experience. Experience in the past twelve (12) months with referral triage and caseload management. Established relationships with relevant programs in the Central, Edmonton or Calgary Zones. Demonstrated ability to work within a patient-centered, interdisciplinary team of health care professionals. Position is physically demanding and requires repetitive lifting, transferring of patients and or equipment as well as prolonged sitting, keyboarding/computer and headset use.

Preferred Qualifications:

Complete Decongestive Therapy, CLT certification or certification in Lymphedema Management including experience performing Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Professional development within last related to rehabilitation oncology. Effective self-management and time management skills paired with initiative. Intermediate to advanced computer skills: Netcare, Microsoft Office and EMR (EPIC, ARIA). Experience with virtual patient care (phone, Zoom, Telehealth).
