Required Qualifications:

Completion of a CCAPP-accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) as a Pharmacy Technician.

Additional Required Qualifications:

In addition, the successful incumbent will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in the following: Demonstrated communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work in teams. Demonstrated computer or word processing skills. Committed to continual personal quality improvement and lifelong learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year+ previous hospital pharmacy experience. 1 year+ experience in an oncology setting. BDM computer program experience. 6 months+ experience in retail pharmacy setting. Membership with a pharmacy professional organization. Membership in CAPhO.
