Required Qualifications:

Completion of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years clinical experience required. Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills required. Knowledge of organizational/clinical workflows and practice. Strong interpersonal skills required. Ability to learn new material quickly and adapt to change is required. The ability to build rapport easily is required. Comfort with technology required. Strong team player required. Proven leadership skills required. Ability to critically think and solve problems quickly and efficiently is required. Approachable, team player, mentoring ability required. Facilitating group teachings in various situations and environments. Ability to prioritize. Strong listening skills. Ability to facilitate group discussions and keep the frontline users on task to maintain education. Be patient and calm when faced with multiple distractions and problems that may arise. Be approachable in all settings. Ability to think systematically and critically to improve quality, realize improved outcomes and engage others in same. Ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Experience in planning, communication, facilitation, and coordination of multiple projects/operational work packages. Ability to promote the change process in a positive manner is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Significant experience in problem solving, concerns/conflict resolution, and negotiation. Ability to work independently (escalating in complex situations) and collaboratively. Experience in adult education (recommended, not required). Epic system knowledge (preferred, not required).
