Required Qualifications:

Completion of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Advanced Prescribing Authority (APA) Practice to expanded scope. Prac ID for lab ordering. Recent direct patient care experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years).

Preferred Qualifications:

Recent Hospital experience working with multidisciplinary teams. 2 to 4 years clinical experience within a specialized program. Recent experience with IV/Chemotherapy admixture. Project/committee participation, supervisory & staff training an asset. Authorized to administer injection. Ability to use evidence based medicine in direct patient care. Demonstrates computer literacy skills, good time management, capable of making decisions, working independently & cooperatively in team environments.
