Required Qualifications:

Completion of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Pharmacy related experience in a hospital setting or in direct patient care providing comprehensive medication management services. Recent experience as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team. Experience with computerized medication order entry, and different drug distribution systems such as unit dose.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) from the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) would be an asset for this position. Successful candidates not having APA will be expected to obtain it within 12 months of commencing in this position, dependent on eligibility.
