Required Qualifications:

Completion of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Competence with medication order entry and verification in the VAX computer system. Completion of a Canadian accredited pharmacy residency program. Advanced clinical pharmacy degree, e.g., PharmD. Active membership with the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists. Experience as a pharmacist in a large acute care hospital setting providing comprehensive medication management services in a collaborative care model within a multi-disciplinary patient care team.
