Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of clinical health experience (current Continuing Care preferred). Annual active registration with CARNA and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification are required. Knowledge of Supportive Living program and its interconnection with other health systems. Knowledge of person-centered care approach to service delivery. Knowledge of internal and external resources relevant to the delivery of Supportive Living. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective conflict resolution and proven leadership skills. Ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred; however, skills and experience relevant to nursing practice in community sector will be considered. Previous management experience in health related field preferred.
