Must be currently registered with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Masters of Nursing with certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner having passed the national licensing exam or equivalent required. A minimum 3 years of full-time (or equivalent number of hours) related clinical experience as a registered nurse within Pediatrics is required. BCLS is required, PALS, and ACLS certification are considered an asset. EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience preferred. Responsible to provide proof of active registration an NP practice permit with CARNA and to maintain registration throughout the duration of employment.
