Completion of diploma from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT) program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic & Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT).
Additional Required Qualifications:Current member in good standing with the CAMRT. Current CT and Contrast Media Enhanced Practice Designation with ACMDTT. Registered with the Health Disciplines Board of Alberta. Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP). Familiar with the principles and practices associated with Patient and Family Centered care.
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum 2 years Nuclear Cardiology experience within the past 5 years (equivalent to 0.2 FTE or greater). Experience in performing Cardiac CT within the past 2 years (equivalent to 0.2 FTE or greater). Current dysrhythmia certification. Experience in research activities involving nuclear cardiology. Familiarity with the following IT systems: SCM. Millennium Scheduler. Millennium RIS. APPROACH.
