Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Cross – sectional anatomy courses are required. Demonstrated excellent skills in interpersonal, written and oral communication. Proven judgment and decision-making. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in stressful situations and a desire to further own knowledge and performance relating to the field. Must be able to work with various health disciplines and demonstrate respect and partnership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working experience in Computed Tomography and Interventional Radiology in a trauma and pediatric center is preferred.
