Required Qualifications:

Active registration with an appropriate clinical professional licensing body (CSA and or IA HCSMM). Previous experience in management in a Medical Device Reprocessing environment or related field. Experience with financial monitoring and control; supply management; workload delegation; quality control and staffing. Must have complete working knowledge of procedures and standards governing the work performed by MDR, including MDR and CSA Sterilization Standards. Must be knowledgeable in aseptic techniques, IPC issues and MDR equipment.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to plan and implement service changes and enhancements. Ability to use electronic devices, and have good working knowledge of various computer systems, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to learn new technology systems. Ability to respond to customer needs. Ability to interact effectively as a liaison with vendors and user areas. Ability to effectively give presentations to professional and sterile processing staff. Ability to effectively function under stress. Evidence of excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal communication, problem solving, judgment and report-writing skills. Evidence of integrity, dependability, honesty, initiative, tact and high ethical standards to deal effectively with a variety of internal and external contacts. Evidence of performance management. Evidence of team and individual development. Success of the service in attaining identified outcomes. Positive quality improvement and risk management outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Registered Central Services Technician preferred.
