Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor degree in a healthcare profession, healthcare management or related field A minimum of five years’ experience in a management role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity (Healthcare experience an asset). Current registration with applicable provincial regulatory college. A demonstrated, clear pattern of professional and personal development.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare environment, including experience in a management role in Seniors Health operations. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, client and family focus and commitment to providing quality services. Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and mentoring, and the ability to inspire and foster confidence in others. Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating budget. Proven ability to foster partnerships and to achieve goals within an organization, including within both unionized and non-unionized sectors. Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

Previous experience and education will be considered.
