Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a recognized School of Respiratory Therapy. Minimum five year’s recent management experience in an acute care setting required. Must be eligible for registration with the appropriate professional association. Familiarity with applicable legislation and professional Standards of Practice. Strong leadership skills combined with the ability to motivate and promote a positive work environment that is open to change and new approaches to care is essential. Must be able to maintain privacy, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Equivalences of education and experience may be considered. Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related health or business field is preferred.
