Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited program in Radiation Therapy in Canada. Alternatively, a non-Canadian program which has been recognized by the CAMRT and the ACMDTT Health Disciplines Committee, is also acceptable. Current or eligible for ACMDTT registration. Must be in good standing with the CAMRT. Baccalaureate degree in a health related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in healthcare management/leadership in a healthcare organization. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Practical experience in strategy, leadership, project management and organizational change. Knowledge and demonstrated application of business planning, modeling concepts, program and project management. Demonstrated effective communication and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Health Administration or Leadership preferred.
