Required Qualifications:

University degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related discipline is required. Professional accounting or finance designation (CA, CPA, CGA, CMA, CFA) is required. A minimum of 5-7 years management experience in a related role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity; business knowledge of the health care industry is an asset. Knowledge of payroll accounting is preferred. Experience in proactively managing and motivating human resources to ensure staff are able to fulfill their expected responsibilities. Experience in leading a team in a unionized environment. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. A combination of education and extensive experience may be considered.
