Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree; consideration will be given to equivalencies in education and experience. A minimum of 5 years in a management role in a multi-faceted health care institution or service program. Current and Active registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Previous experience managing a unionized workforce. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development in the areas of leadership and healthcare.
