Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and active membership in CARNA (College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta) is required. A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice or health related experience (current community care preferred). Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Effective communicator with strong organization skills, influential skills, coaching and teaching skills, client focused and commitment to providing quality services. Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook and Word are required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous management experience in a health related field is preferred. Master’s Degree preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience with Meditech is an asset. Experience with ESP is an asset.
