Required Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited Nursing program and is current with CARNA. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing with a minimum of three years’ experience in an Acute Care setting required. Ability to work in a health care environment with professionalism and respect. Proven interpersonal skills, organizational. Time management skills and sound decision making. Is flexible, reliable and dependable and is able to work effectively independently and within a team environment and has the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. Demonstrates strong leadership skills, including the ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others.


Additional Required Qualifications:

A strong track record in establishing and maintaining a positive, effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
